The version of language download tool to use depends on your version of C35x0 MFP firmware. You can check this on the printer LCD, by using the down button to select MENU, then under VIEW INFORMATION choose SYSTEM. The CU Version will be either A1.xx, A2.xx or A3.xx.
If the CU version is A3.xx, you should use version 1.5.6.4 (for Windows) or 1.1.4 (for MacOS).
If the CU version is A1.xx or A2.xx, you should use version 1.5.6.3 or earlier (for Windows) or V1.1.3 or earlier (for MacOS).
Please note that the Panel Language Download tool will prompt you to print a configuration page to check compatibility of the MFP language format with the MFP firmware. You should ignore this step, both versions of firmware will display a Language format of 1.0.
If you do not use the correct version of the utility, the text displayed for the following menu items may be incorrect:

Image in MCF
You can fix this by repeating the process using the correct version. |
